Product Features
Refrigerated trucks are used for transporting frozen food. The insulation compartment of the refrigerated truck is made of fully enclosed inner and outer fiberglass plates, with a polyurethane foam insulation material in the middle layer. The compartment has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, seamless, good insulation, and corrosion resistance.

Made using a hydraulic adsorption integrated molding production line, the insulation performance meets the national A-level standard. The volume of the cabin is 15.6 cubic meters, and the latest nano glass fiber reinforced plastic (non absorbing, good insulation, strong hardness, anti-oxidation) is used for the interior and exterior fabrics of the cabin. The thickness of the cabin is 8cm, and the inner lining skeleton is made of rust proof treated high-quality light steel profiles from Wuhan Iron and Steel. The insulation material is filled with polyurethane foam without gaps. The bottom of the cabin is made of aluminum alloy pattern board or selected flat nano glass fiber reinforced plastic. The cabin is wrapped with galvanized stainless steel corner thickened aluminum alloy edges, and the rear door frame is made of stainless steel. The thickened stainless steel rear door hinges and locks are used. LED lighting and cabin width lights are used inside the cabin.
