If upon delivery your purchased auctioned automobile, truck, or heavy machine is not exactly as represented in the images and details uploaded on our platform, or if it is discovered to have any undisclosed dent or mechanical issue, you are fully protected. In such cases, buyers are entitled to request a full refund with no complications.

Once refund is requested, refunds are processed promptly:

• Same-day refunds are issued to the buyer’s provided crypto wallet.
• If a bank account is preferred, refunds are sent via secure bank wire transfer and will be available within 1–5 business days, depending on the buyer’s location and banking institution.
